OrchestraHCM Deleting Employee Records Guide
🎯 Purpose
This guide explains how to completely delete an incorrectly entered employee record from the system using the Delete Employee screen. Since this action cannot be undone, it should only be used for records that have not yet been processed.
✅ Deleting Employee Records Steps
Go to the Delete Employee Record Screen
- From the left menu, click on the Delete Employee Record menu in the Employee Center screen under Human Resources.
Select the Employee
- On this screen, enter the relevant employee's personnel number or name and select the employee.
Delete the Employee Record
- Click the "Delete Employee Record" button and complete the process.
