- How is per-employee pricing calculated?
- Each month you are billed based on the number of active employees in the system. Employees added during the month are prorated. Removed employees are not charged from the next billing period.
- How does usage-based AI and e-signature pricing work?
- AI features are billed by token consumption, and e-signature by the number of signed documents. A detailed usage report is sent to your account each month. We notify you when you approach any pre-set limits.
- How is my data kept secure?
- All data is stored with AES-256 encryption. Each customer receives an isolated tenant architecture. We operate in full compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. You can export your data at any time.
