- How does the 15-day free trial work?
- Once you register, you get full access to the platform immediately. No payment information is required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or delete your account — no strings attached.
- How is per-employee pricing calculated?
- You are billed monthly based on the number of active employee records in the system. Employees added mid-month are prorated. Removed employees are no longer counted from the next billing period.
- How does usage-based pricing work for AI and e-signature?
- AI features are charged per token consumed, and e-signature is billed per signed document. You receive a detailed usage report each month. We notify you if you approach a pre-set spending limit.
- How is my data kept secure?
- All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Each customer operates in an isolated tenant environment. Our infrastructure is compliant with GDPR and local data protection regulations.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can export all your data before cancellation.
