🎯 Purpose
The OrchestraHCM HR Self-Service Module facilitates employees' management of their own information and participation in HR processes. First, you can enable employees to enter and maintain specific information types. You can transparently allow your employees to view all their time information, work schedules, leave rights, attendance and absence records, card movements, time tracking execution and results, error, warning and information messages from time tracking, and enable them to take action when necessary.
You can also archive documents that employees need to have in company records. All document types that should be in a human resources system are defined in the system. You can ensure that these documents are kept up-to-date both during the hiring phase and during normal business processes, thus meeting legal requirements.
Managers can also use this module to view information about their subordinate employees, create reports and perform analyses. If you wish, you can ensure that some information types are entered only by managers.

Reconciliation Forms
Every company needs to reach agreement with its employees on the numbers it calculates on certain subjects. For example, the employees' calculations and the company's calculations must match on subjects such as annual leave rights, overtime hours, absenteeism records. Reconciliation forms are documents that enable employees to view and approve such information. Employees can view reconciliation forms, review their content and give approval. This ensures that both employees and the company are on the same page.
