SMART Goals
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound goal setting methodology. It is used for effective goal setting in performance management.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Key Performance Indicators. They are numerical metrics used to measure employee job performance. Examples include sales targets, customer satisfaction, project completion times.
360 Degree Feedback
It is a comprehensive feedback system that evaluates the employee's performance from different sources such as supervisors, subordinates, peers and customers. It provides objective and multi-dimensional performance analysis.
Performance Periods
