Menu Path
User > Settings > Roles
First, go to the Settings menu.

Click on the Roles link from the screen that appears.

In the screen that appears below, you can create new roles, edit and delete existing roles. Authorization is provided by connecting roles to applications and screens in the system. You can create new roles according to your needs and edit existing roles.

📋 Standard Roles Included with System Setup
When the OrchestraHCM system is installed, the following standard roles are automatically created. Each role has specific permissions and access levels:

| GUEST | Guest | Basic access for visitors not registered in the system | Lowest |
| EMPLOYEE | Employee | Standard employee permissions, viewing and updating own information | Basic |
| MANAGER | Manager | Team manager permissions, managing team member data | Medium |
| PAADMIN | Employee Center Admin | Personnel data management, employee information editing permission | High |
| OMADMIN | Organization Management Admin | Organization structure, departments and positions management | High |
| PERFADMIN | Performance Management Admin | Performance evaluations and goals management permission | High |
| RECADMIN | Recruitment Admin | Recruitment processes, candidate management and interview processes | High |
| DEVELOPER | Developer | System configuration, schema editing and development tools | Very High |
| ADMIN | System Administrator | Full system authorization, access and management of all modules | Full Access |
