✅ User Management in OrchestraHCM Platform
Menu Path
User > Settings > User Management
First, go to the Settings menu.

Click on the User Management link from the screen that appears.

Click the create button by typing the username you want to create, or if it is an existing user, enter the name and select an operation you want.

First enter the user's basic information, assigning a personnel number is critical. If this user is a staff user, you must fill this field. After entering information such as the user's name, surname, email address, click the save button.

After your user is created, you can enter again with change and give the user the necessary roles. The GUEST role must be given to all users. HRBASE is also a special role, used by the system to distinguish HR personnel. For example, if the user is only responsible for organization management, this user must be given HRBASE and OMADMIN roles together. If the user is only responsible for employee center management, this user must be given HRBASE and PAADMIN roles together. If the user is responsible for the management of both modules, this user must be given HRBASE, OMADMIN and PAADMIN roles together.
