In the organization management module, after defining task and qualification trees, you can create job families and job descriptions. Job families are used to group positions with similar tasks and qualifications, while job descriptions detail the tasks, responsibilities and requirements of each position.

When creating job families, you can start by identifying the main position groups in your company (e.g.: Management, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology). Under each job family, you can create job descriptions by defining the relevant positions (e.g.: Sales Manager, Operations Specialist, Human Resources Expert). In job descriptions, you can clarify your organization's structure by detailing the tasks, responsibilities and requirements of each position.

On the incoming screen, you can create your job families and job descriptions using the toolbar buttons below for creating top objects, creating sub objects, editing and deleting.
